i'm definitely not a morning person. i need to get up at 5.30 for my 7 a.m. start. i'm overly tired right now
D) yet I'm not feeling sleepy. being that there have been some threads on shift work recently, i was just wondering:
is it better to go to bed only when you know you're going to fall asleep? or is it a good idea to still lie down and fall asleep a few hours later?
my usual bed time is 9.30 but then i'll fall asleep and wake up a few times in the night; say at 2 and 3. yet if i go to bed at 11.30 or so, then i fall asleep right away but am absolutely kicking and screaming to get out of bed come 5.30. it's a catch-22!
advice?
