I Hate Verizon!

Every time I go into the store there are way more people in the "something is seriously wrong with my service" line than the "I want verizon" line. There is one tech guy who is NEVER there. Even if I call first and ask if he is there, he is not there. There is only one corporate verizon store in my area. I thought corporate would mean better staff and better service, but it just means full of people all the time! Aaaaaaaaaaah!

I didn't have a problem with them until I moved into this new apartment. The only way I get signal now is to be sitting next to the window with the phone in its charger. My phone is almost 2 years old now, and its battery is half shot though. A friend a few units down the way also has Verizon service with no problems getting signal on his newer phone. So, when its time for my new phone in Nov, I shouldn't have any problems. 😛

Have you ever updated your PRL on your phone? That may help a lot.

its probably the structure of your apartment. when i had AT&T my phone didnt work in my house, let alone on my block.

switch to verizon and it doesnt work in certain parts of my living room. but fine near winds and certain other areas of my home.

you probably just have a lot of metal in the walls or something.
