Initially I was on a single plan with 500 minutes. I then switched to a family plan with 800 minutes. Then I added a third phone and upped my minutes to 1200 on my family plan. I DID NOT know that I didn't have the free in calling feature. Now I know why my freaking bill is so high cuz my business partner has verizon and i thought it was a free call!
Anyways, I called verizon to complain cuz upon signing up for the 1200 minutes family plan for $79.99, it stated I was getting FREE IN CALLING to ALL verizon users. That isnt the case from what I've been told cuz my contract was never extended and I'm still on the OLD plan even though my minutes and price changed.
Does this make any sense?

They are a bunch of idiots! I told them my story and this lady (who seemed to be nice) understood what I was trying to tell her. Unfortunately, they werent going to do anything except change me to the free incalling plan but then would extend my contract once again! So now I get stuck with this "old" outdated plan!
How is it I get two HUGE phone bills cuz the person who changed my plan neglected to change it to the "NEW" plan. Why am I still on the "OLD" plan?! Why do they even have two different plans?!!???
Anyways, I wold cancel my service, but we're looking @ $175/phone. Believe me, when I do get some money I am leaving them for good! Good thing I'm ditching their landline in a week or so!
