I hate VBR MP3

MPEG 1 Layer 3 should be scrapped. If you encode a movie with MP3 Variable bit rate then chances are the video and audio will be out of sync.
In music it affects the timing either speeding up or slowing down throughout the file.
Music should be encoded with constant bit rate.
Am I alone in this?

I havent seen that in years and it usually was a bad codec that caused it.
