Calm down, remove the stress associated with thinking that you have to be asleep. Grab a little drink of water and walk around your house with the lights off. Crack open a book and let a half hour pass, again, not stressing on what time it is. Just relax, and let your body sleep - tomorrow's a new day.

Hell, Benedryl does jack shit to me for drowsiness. Even Unisom is pretty mild.

This is such a great post. Normally a soft pitch like this gets cracked out of the park.

Anyways ... to avoid a paradox ... Auggie, what the fsck is wrong with you!? Are you Mr. Rogers reincarnate or somethin!?

:)

Sounds like some sheets you need to use over and over.

My problem getting to sleep last night was not being sick, it was playing Civ IV. Damn you Sid Meier!

60 degrees? I hope that's in F and not C. Open a window maybe? Also stay home tomorrow. Forcing yourself to work/school will only extend the sickness. I don't know why people try to force themselves. If you're sick you're sick. Just don't take like 20 sick days, 1 or 2 should be enough to get you to a point where you can function.

Also remove the butt plug. Might help.
