I hate the spring sometimes..

Now all of a sudden starting today, I'm getting a runny nose non stop... that is until I step outside. Went out with the gf for a few hours.. come back home.. and it starts again.. what the heck is causing this? This happens every year... Gross? Not quite... but damn annoying to have to surround myself with tissue..
 
Yeah.. this sucks big time.. and I'm the only one affected in the house.... anything I could do? Dristan?? 😛 Doesn't work for very long..
 
Vitamin C (with bioflavenoids) helps some people with minor allergies. It's pretty harmless in small doses and may help.

You could try a long boat cruise to avoid the common pollens every Spring. 🙂

go to a doctor, tell them about it, and they will give you a prescription to allegra, zyrtec or claritin. they work well, and they don't make you drowsy.

with all the ads on tv for such things i am surpised you haven't heard of them.

I've heard of claritin.. wasn't sure if it was over the counter or prescription though.. so never really bothered but I'll definately give something a try this time around.
 
dunno what causes it could be that i'm just 'due' for it...or the bf gave it to me...or the stress of going to start a new job....but i'm sick too :disgust:

Do what my gf does! Blame the boyfriend! 😀 But damn... this sucks. Can't wait till the summer.. almost wish there was snow again.
