Yeah, hopefully the broncos will be good this year because I'd much rather have a good football team than a good basketball team I'm not so sure about Plummer though...hopefully he'll be good.
It's actually fun to hit a few Rockies games in the rockpile this year though.

yah, I hope Plummer can do it... though I am one of the few who did like Greasie actually. We just never gave him the protection he needed, he is not a scrambler but he can hit his targets just fine... if Miami gives him an offencive line he'll do good IMHO.

yah, so far I only made 1 Rox game (Indians)

But my GF is a huge Ave's fan so I'll be goin' to a few of those for sure

I think Plummer will be a pleasant surprise. It's the inexperienced defensive backfield that has me worried.

Talk is today that the Nugs are still trying to put together a deal for Arenas. Kiki likes an Arenas/Miller combo. But my intuition is that we end up with Miller, Kandi and Lue.

The nuggets are this years Detroit Lions of basketball. You take mediocre players that benefit from the players around them and pay them WAY more than they deserve.

Case and point: Az-hakim and Dre Bly.

I actually thought Griese was pretty good too. I mean, how many quarterbacks would you take over Griese? When he had people healthy around him he made good decisions and he was accurate. He wasn't athletic and couldn't do things like a McNabb or a Vick, but he made good decisions most of the time. I think he's going to be a nice surprise in Miami too.

I should have taken Arenas as a starting point guard and Miller as a backup point guard instead of Miller as the starter and Lue as a backup

Forget Kandi, throw an inconsistent Camby at center and go for Elton Brand or Corey Magette.

Andre Miller is an average point guard, so he had decent stats when he played with Cleveland, but he was playing for CLEVELAND, and then he played for another sh*tty team in the Clippers. Denver needs scorers, they're the worst scoring team in the NBA. Didn't they score like 3 points in a quarter last year? Arenas would plug the flaw dramatically, but Kiki is too dumb to realize this. Who is Miller gonna pass the ball to, Carmelo Anthony who has no outside game, nor any explosive power? No more Juwan Howard to provide offense, Marcus Camby? Please... Nuggets are a JOKE! Keep signing players from the Clippers... that will help.
