Thousands die over there, but as soon as their sound guy gets a splinter it's somehow earth shaking.

It's impossible to act unbiased. Then there would be no need for an editor, and all the headlines would be the same size.

It's impossible to be unbiased. Impossible. There are hundreds of stories that they can air everyday. They have to pick which ones to air, and how much priority to give each one. Like it or not, the media has to make money from advertising. The exception is public radio, and I haven't heard enough of it to come to a conclusion on it.
