I only get mad when I'm tailgated and I am going 75+mph, and all other traffic is at 75-80mph, and the guy behind me still tail gates

What, did they not offer you any beer or something?

Personally, I love cooking out of the back of my pickup.

If I am behind you in the passing lane and you aren't moving over, you will be tailgated. It's that simple.

Am I the only one who doesn't deal with tailgating on the freeway, but does in city traffic?

You are not alone, I don't really have a problem on the freeway as I tend to get in and out of the passing lane pretty quickly. In the city I usually drive around 8 or 9 mph over the speed limit, but I guess that isn't fast enough for everyone. I tend to slow down to about the posted speed limit when getting tailgated... screw 'em.

Around here there are no left lanes. Every road around me for 50 square miles is at best a two lane highway. I drive the speed limit - which is 55. So, no I'm not in the left lane, I'm in the only lane.
