edit: in fact, if she had been keeping up with traffic in her lane, she would have been beyond where the oncoming car crossed the median.

In Russia there are alot of insurance scams and the authorities are less than competent in figuring out who was really at fault so dashboard cams are the norm in Russia and I'm sure other parts of the world.

I'm sure the SUV who hopped the median tried to say he got rear ended and was in fact on the other side of the road until he got the video and was like "your screwed I haves video you smash my face with SUV a-hole" cause ya know, its Russia.
