What amazes me is dog walkers that are out at like 5am. D: When I work nights I actually see people outside on the camera walking their dogs sometimes. Go to bed lol. It's also downtown. Sure would not catch me walking there at 5am. There's not much crime in my city, but the crime that does happen, happens late at night like that.

I really don't see why this 'problem' is worthy of it's own thread.

That's what puppies do. You are not supposed to go across the street and avoid other dogs, you are supposed to let puppies meet other dogs so they become social and able to play nice with other dogs, animals, children, etc.

I think your parents should have spent more time socializing you.

A female got too close for OP's comfort, that's the real problem here..

So both medium/large sized dogs. I don't see the problem. They want to play for a minute, let them. Or hold your dog back and don't let them. It's your choice.
