totally screwed up my account by their crappy cust. service, and now my service has been disconnected. when I called them, I was put on hold for like 40 min. I am so frustrated at the moment.

Do you have any similiar experiences?

Yep, yep, yep . . . I have had similar experiences, to the point I had to show up personally. Especially when I complain about the messages in "ALIEN LANGUAGE" that get saved on my voice mail box when someone calls me and I am unavailable. . . Crappy service indeed.

Yeah, their cust serv reps take down the wrong notes for my account whenever I have to get anything settled. I can't even get thru their 888 numbers... since the Tuesday attacks. Be glad you can get thru at all. The only reason I stay with them is because I have 3 phones under my name for 25% off each. Their cust service quality needs a lot of work. I have no complaints about the signal strength though.

I just ditched my Sprint PCS service. Actually I generally liked it until moving to Tacoma, WA, where it is dreadful (actually it sucks in the entire Seattle metro area). On the bright side, I has JUST signed a new 1-yr contract on moving here, but apparently they failed to verify it in their system, so I do not have to pay a termination charge. Verizon here I come!
