Been here and I hate it. It's fucking cold(even on sunny days that are infrequent), rainy, full of stuck-up jackasses, and creeps. Everything that is wrong with people shines through here in a more civilized society.

I miss Portland now. :'(

I actually liked it when I visited for a couple weeks, really active night life and plenty of things to do both outdoorsy (which i love) and urban stuff as well. Plenty of non stuck up young people too (unlike OC).

Well, night life isn't really within my means anyway... you know, since going to clubs and shit requires getting drunk... and since I don't drink nor can I for another 9 months or whatever. (Not like I will in my life anyway)

Seattle doesn't suck.

You don't get mugged when you wandering around your neighborhood at 1am.

There's shittons of running trails and parks around the area you live. You should do that... take up running. Give you something to do other than bitching. Then you can join the UW track team and beat Oregon and Wazzu. Fuck 'em both.

I could see it happening. Belltown has that issue. University District is kinda ghetto in most of it really...

yeah.. more shit I don't care about since it's fucking below freezing half the time and the other time it's 33F. I like Oregon though. They have pretty colors and a nice duck mascot.

We had rugby practice tonight down at Magnusson Park. You can come next Tuesday, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Wear cleats, if you got 'em.
 
Century Ballroom does Swing and Salsa nights that I believe are all-ages. Cover might even be free before a certain time, and even when there is a cover I think it's only like $7. Take a look on their website, I can't be bothered to look myself right now.
