I hate rain

If there were no clouds and thus no rain, the world would probably die out in about 5 or 6 months. The whole process of evaporation, clouds, rain, lightning, etc. is really cool and necessary for life. I love it every time it rains.

Yet millions live in deserts. . . .

What is it like when it stops raining? I have forgotten.

Its pretty. The birds, they land on the ground and sing. Rays of sunlight stream through tree branches in the morning fog, as the fog rises to the deep azure tinted sky. Colors become bright and punchy. Your feet, they no longer make a sloshing sound - simple a dry pontification as they lightly impact the ground. As the sun strikes your skin, warming is felt as millions of years of biological process ramp up your vitamin D production. Sometimes, the air will smell fresh and clear - not dank and moldy.

Rain at night, sunny during the day. Best of both worlds.

One of the few reasons I advocate weather control.

Had a lot of that in Georgia this summer while I was down there. Not complete overnight rain, but a lot of storms, especially early summer, happened around 9pm-12am but otherwise was sunny or cloudy all day.

In general, I love that idea.

On hot days, a warm rain is fun and I can find it enjoyable/beautiful at times.
But often, I'd rather have sunny and a calm breeze.

I also enjoy being able to look up at the stars, so weather control would have to wait until late hours and only do it every other day or something. 😀
