I hate people who think quantity over quality.

When they ask me oh how long did I go to the gym for and Id say like an hour to an hour and a half and then they scoff "LOL thats not a work out I was there for 3 hours!".

Yea 3 hours with taking a break between every set to have a full on conversation with your workout buddy. I would do more high intensity workouts non stop for that one hour than their three.

But whatever, thats why their still fat and out of shape. /rant
 
I'm usually at the gym for at least 2.5 hours now. 1 hour doing cardio and 1/2 hour shower/change/bathroom.
 
I'm usually there 60-90 minutes. Depends how much cardio I do.

But yeah, people that treat the gym like their social hour annoy me.
