I hate my ISP!!

Anyone else have Charter cable? Its really pissing me off. for over a month now the interent frequently, as in everyday nearly and many times in a row, cuts in and out. Its really pissing me off. like they havent fixed it yet. I know its not my problem cause I watch my modeom reset itself. Anyone else have these problems? if it does it again tomorrow im calling them with a not so happy phone call.

I dont mind them for the most part but this recent problem is pissing me off. earlyer when they had a "problem" they upgraded my cable for free.
