If it's 1, you should be fired. If it's 2, I hope they go out of business pronto. Although they will probably end up destroying themselves; you lose money from accidents and loss of productivity when people are heavily sleep deprived.

Whatever it costs, get some sleep. 50 hours is insane, no matter what your work is.
