Stop being your GF's B!tch. If she expects you to do this for a roommate, I can only imagine what she expects you to do for her family. You've already told her that you're not helping the roommate move, so stick to your guns. If the roommate comes up with more help, maybe you can reassess your position, but until then, screw it.

Update:

Well I stuck to my guns and only moved my girls stuff. The roomie was quiet and did not say a word to me just walked around sulking and acted like she was cleaning sh1t.
The neighbor even came up and help me carry dowm my girls couch, it was sweet and it only cost me a nice cold Stoudts Brewery Pale Ale.

The roomies B/F is still AWOL has not returned any of her calls.

The odd thing is I never had fun moving before until tonight.

The funniest line of the evening
To top the whole thing off my G/F suggested that the roomie get a storage unit for like $40 bucks, but the roomie who is a stripper said she was uncomfortable talking to strangers. I had to bite my tounge not make any comments to her.

Who's name is the Apt in? Your GF's, the Roomie's, or both? If it's in your GF's or both names she could lose her deposit and a good reference if the roomie does not have her stuff out and the Apt cleaned by the turn-over time.

IF, that was the case, I would tell the roomie this: If your sh!t is not out by 6:00 AM WED, I will move it to the curb so we can clean the Apt and not lose the deposit and/or a good reference.
 
Amused is right though. Check the lease for the name, and toss her sh|t on the side of the road if you have too. Unless you aren't really concerned about the reference or you didn't pay the deposit.
 
Help your gf but not her friend. I think they should both be moving the crap on their own, but you are only obligated to one of them.
