I hate McDonalds...

I just saw a commercial on TV which starts out, "You only get one breakfast, so do it right." Then, they proceed to show you their new FRIED CHICKEN breakfast sandwich.

It boggles my mind this is the norm for some people.

McDonalds doesn't sell nearly $30 billion a year because they're stupid and they're not evil. They give the people what they want. If you have a problem with people eating fried chicken for breakfast yell at the fatasses who are doing it.

I like their sausage burrito, and their sausage and egg McMuffin. It's just rare that I buy either.

Otherwise, their Premium Bacon Ranch salad w/ a grilled chicken breast is great. Topped with fat free ranch dressing (which they conveniently don't carry).

i ate two mcdonalds big breakfasts a day in my senior year in college and i went from skinny 5 10 and 140 lbs ish to 180 lbs

so i'm grateful cause it filled me out and it was delicious

nah, i regret nothing. in retrospect i probably should have just stuck with protein shakes or something, but the big breakfasts went down much smoother.

I believe it...That is a short time to gain the weight, but 2 big breakfasts a day....thats pretty bad

If you can eat fried chicken for lunch or supper, why not breakfast? It's not like MUST eat certain foods at certain times.

Calories in > calories out = gained weight.

Keep that in mind, and you won't gain weight. You might not take in many nutrients, but you won't put on weight, either.

Chicken Fried Steak is a damn good breakfast.

I sometimes eat cold leftover fried chicken for breakfast. The stuff you get from Safeway or whatever. It's god!

I like their Fruit and Walnut Salad thingie. The fact that it's available 24/7 and I can get a large Diet Coke for $1 has sent me there regulary on my outings for two months. Yeah, yeah, Diet Coke has no nutritional value and there are probably no live & active cultures in the yogurt, but that's pretty damned good for fast food and it keeps me away from Taco Bell and other crap (God I wish we had a Chipotle nearby!).

Before anyone says it, my stove is always covered with half-done projects (I need the surface area), so it doesn't get much use.

McBreakfast is good enough that I'll eat there while on road trips. I've skipped meals rather than eat their lunch/dinner stuff.
