I hate JAVA

sometimes when i open a page with some javascript app the damn thing locks up like a minute or two while it loads... it freezes everything so i cant close the browser tab/page to cancel the damn thing

Meh, try reinstalling it, otherwise, it's more a symptom of having a slow old computer. And JAVA and Javascript are very different things.
