i'm so tired of Indiana. Mainly the cold and the extremely humid summers.

Anyone have any recommendations on places to move? I would like cost of living to be low, and a fairly temperate climate (warmer than Indiana). Low crime is a must.

lived there when i was a kid, loved it (of course I was a kid then though). Not exactly any warmer than Indiana, though the summers are a lot better.

I hate North Carolina. The weather is fine, it's the residents I can't stand. I recommend anything but North Carolina.

I drove through Indiana this summer, it did not look like much at all, but then again neither did Michigan. Illinois and Wisconsin was nice though, if I had to settle for a place to live it would be Milwaukee.

Juno - temperate climate, no income tax, plus the state will give you money after the first year there.

Where in Indiana are you? Indianapolis is on my list of cities to possibly move to.

Indiana sucks, I feel your pain.

I've lived here all my life and in 6 short months I'll be gone forever.

I'd recommend northern California. You've got mountains, beaches, woodland areas all at your disposal. It's close enough to everything and far away from crap like hurricanes and blizzards.
