You know very well you won't be doing any such thing tomorrow. This time that kid will probably fart in your face after he tosses your salad.

You gotta kick his @ss once and for all...

I will . . . he has awaken the dragon within . . .

I'm not the strongest of guys but I have very strong friends who will do anything for me and don't care about suspensions.

On a more related topic, yes I've noticed that this years incoming freshman are smaller, stupider, and ruder. I usually just push them out of the way, then say "my bad" and walk away. I don't want to be labeled an asshole because I already have the label of being a nice guy :)

Shoulda walked up the stairs, then poured it on him from above. Or just throw it in his face, punch in the face, walk away.

Big man, kicking him in the back. So I'm going to hazard a guess and say nothing happened today, just like I and everyone else predicted?

Sure you did. It's nice to see that you finally took him on when his back was turned.

yea i gotta agree with this guy. lets look at the points of this:

A. Your worried about being late to class (wtf? detention isnt the end of the world)
B. You talk $hit to this guy telling him to get the F!ck out of your way and then YOU LET HIM throw your food on the ground and knock your drink on you
C. "angry and in a hurry i decided to go after searching for securit" which translates into "angry and in a hurry before i'd get my arse wooped, i looked for helped, but managed to run far away from him"

Seriously man, next time don't be an arse and just ask politely. I mean you ask the question "why are freshman so stupid" well here's one for you:

why were you dumb enough to tell him to get the F!ck out of your way?

If you cussed at me like that I'd have done more than knock your salad out of your hands.

It seems that the whole situation could have been avoided by saying, "Excuse me" instead of "Move the fvck out of the way."

Further, if he still tossed your salad after saying excuse me, which is highly unlikely, the proper course of [hilarious] action would be to calmly say, "Want some soda with that salad?" and poured your Pepsi over his head. If he throws a punch after that, well, good luck, because you sound like a pansy.

You people don't get it. He is a sophomore, the other kid is a freshman. The freshman should have got out of the way no matter what. Don't freshman realize there is a pecking order? When I was a freshman (10 years ago or so) I was pretty scared of sophomores. In fact the sophomores had a hall with their lockers in called Sophomore hall, as freshman you were not allowed to go through there, you even had to take the long way around to some clasess. If you dared venture there it would probably be the last time you would as you were sure to get a good kick in the a$$, set on top of the water fountain until soaked and then put upside down in the trash can.
That being said you should have stood up for yourself and you still have to, and if he is physically bigger or tougher than you get some of your sophomore buddies to help out, nothing like vigilante justice.

No, but I feared geeky losers who were older and had tough friends. ;) And I had respect, something this Freshman obviously did not. That way when I was a sophomore the freshman would respect me and fear me and the balance of life could continue on. Doesn't this freshman know he is disrupting the entire scheme of things? Silly high schoolers

Do I have to say this again? (tardy=saturday school)(mad parents)= Computer or driving privileges taken away.

What happened to the "Pecking Order"?

When I was in High School the seniors picked on the juniors, the juniors picked on the sophomores, and down the line.

What is the WORLD COMMING TO??!!!

(Now that I think of it though, I did get into a LOT of fights with freshman, but freshmen that went to a different school.)

BTW: I get the idea that this guy blocked your way on purpose right? I don't think some of the people replying quite GET that!

freshmen think they're all cool and stuff now cuz they're in high school. it's like seeing 6th graders with cell phones. why the heck does a 6th grader need a cell phone

So their mommies and daddies know where they are and what they're doing every 5 seconds.

Fighting = 3 day suspension with a note in your permanent record = no harvard for you.

damn man, when i was a freshman i didnt do sh$t to piss off the upperclassmen. I was lucky enough to be friends with a lot of seniors when i was in 8th and 9th grade because of teh sports i played and if it wasn't for that i would have gotten my ass kicked a few times (and not been invited to all the senior parties, and not hooked up with girls 4 years ahead of me :) )
