The amount of bulbs a utility provides these days is hardly where one "furnishes its residential customers, without additional charge, with almost 50% Of the most frequently used standard-size light bulbs under a longstanding practice antedating state regulation of electric utilities. ".

That case has a business owner suing a power company because a power company cut into the sales of the business owner.

I just spent 4 hours replacing a laptop cooling fan in an MSI gaming computer. What a PAIN that was!

I worked on an HP business laptop awhile back that had captive screws & easily accessible fans, memory, drives, etc. It was such a joy to work on lol.

The $1.25 stores sell led lamps for... $1.25 :^D I figure they're subsidized by the electric company. Even Chinese magic can't make an led lamp that cheap.

Consumer equipment is not repairable because they want you to buy again.

Business lappys have it better because the business doesn't want to lose money. In turn, the computer seller doesn't want to lose those juicy lease contracts. So making it easy for the IT guys to fix it, which results in lower repair costs, is incentivized in business laptops.
