I have a regular cleaning today. I hate that pick!!!! Plus the blood and latex glove taste that remains for several hours. My blood pressure must be sky high doing these cleanings!!

I want my MOMMY!!!!!!

That must be one thorough cleaning when blood is involved. I just had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and no blood was shed...

Never thought about making them give me gas for a cleaning. I too hate these cleanings. (see &quot;Little Shop of Horrors&quot; Steve Martin character)
 
Floss more. Massage your gums... Use the only leading mouthwash that prevents the gum disease gingivintis.....become one with your life-force. mmm.

It's not that bad if you always get the hot nurse (or assistant or whatever you call them). The place I go to has all hot assistants.

Talk about coincidences. I was just reading this thread and my Dentist Office called reminding me of my appointment on monday.🙁

Getting a new crown. Was playing such a vicious round of Unreal, I bit down and broke a tooth!! Who says you cant get hurt playing games on line?
 
Dental Insurace? What a laugh.

I have it through my HMO and there is not a Dentist on the plan I would let work on my cat.

Spent more on dentist last year than on my insurance plan.
 
I've got Delta Dental starting Aug 1 after more than 4 years for not having dental insurance. It better be good! A lack of dental insurance was one fo th main reasons I gave for leaving my last job. Got tired of spending thousands each year for stuff. Not having dental insurance is like not having medical insurance to me.
 

when i go for a cleaning theres a real hot blond who does the dirty work for the dentist. Normal posture in the chair entails my right elbow protruding slightly past the armrest. She controls the height of the chair, and i'm sure she knows i'm &quot;favorably attuned to her&quot;, and i swear she deliberately rubs her, ah ....., against my elbow during the whole procedure.
When i leave the office, my voice is so hoarse, i can hardly talk.
