Just called to findout if i can pick up package from their werehouse and was told no and what is worse they said its not schedule for deliver till tuesday which is strange because its just sitting at their were house. They have to attempte deliver before i can pick it up how stupid is that?
 
yes that is stupid..now deal with it or go drive and pick it up yourself. this is like the 1000th post about this subject
 
i dunno about fedex, but i know for ups, u have to call them before 7pm to schedule for pickup of the next business day. and i always end up missing the 7pm deadline 😱
 
Seems like there's a thread every week bemoaning FedEx/UPS/USPS and another thread every week praising them. Listen:

1) They process millions of packages, mistakes are bound to happen.
2) If you didn't pay for X day delivery, don't expect it in X days.
3) Yes some of their policies are a little dumb, like the attempt deliver before allow pickup one. Deal with it.
 
i love FedEX and UPS. everytime i see a truck, i think it's for me. even when i'm on the road 😛

yes it was my mistake of not posting in to the origional thread.No i didn't pay for saturday delivery and im not expecting it today.However they should let i pick up at their werehouse. I called and talk to the cs and she says u can't. Yes i know their are alot of poste about this but i don't understand why they will not let me to drive their and pick it up.Its not like they im asking them to deliver it for me im just requsting that they give me my package, so that i don't have to wait till they deliver it to me and they will not have to worry about the package. One less package delivered means one more package they will be abel to deliver that day.
