I hate DDR2

i had a 965 board and had the exact same problem. i RMA'd it and got a asus p5w, 975 board. and had 0 issues with ram or anything for that matter. try a new board

I've tried two, Gigabyte GA965S3, Intel DG965WH. Both have the same issue? Only constant here is the ram.....
