Probably because it's not a tumor.

It's actually an abscess, possibly a carbuncle. In fact, judging by the contents of it, it could probably be a tuberculosis abscess.

Could be a sebaceous cyst, I suppose.

These are certainly notorious for coming back, if the 'shell' isn't completely removed.

oh god, why did I google for that? that has got to be one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. still not enough to barf over. I've never barfed over an image before. maybe I have what it takes to be a doctor. 🙂
