I hate Ati 3.4 driver my dvd movies don't work

Do you guys know how to fix this problems. I just bought my Radeon 9500 128mb two days ago and i'm having problems with it. I used Power DVD nothing, realplayer same problem:confused: I hate Ati drivers that one thing

Try Driver Cleaner 1.5 from here ,you can also try older drivers like 3.2 if you still get problems with the 3.4.

ati has known issues with drivers, usually u gota uninstall the driver,clean up the registry n files of the previous driver then reinstall, try it out

Post your dx diagnostic.

give us the list of the way in which you installed the cat3.4s, previous video card, was it working beforce the 3.4s.

Most problems are user error so use the process of elimination to trace it back to where the problem occured and then let us know.

Just saying "it doesn't work" does us no good.

if your system is overclocked downclock it.

otherwise, try uninstalling, reinstalling drivers a couple of times. you seriously have to purge out old drivers. also, install the newest drivers in this order as suggested by ATI:

1.catalyst
2. pre multimedia center driver
3. ati dvd driver
4. multimedia center

ok my old card was Geforce 2 what I did was unistalling the drivers from add/remove.
Reboot the system then installing the Ati catalyse driver 3.4 after that the control panel drive reboot
I tried removing nv drivers with nv cleaner and driver cleaner but no progess
And yes my system is overclocked celeron-T 1000mhz @ 1333mhz

Follow this guide to get rid of your drivers. Do it for both ati and nvidia, then use regcleaner to find all ati and nvidia keys and delete them, then run regclean on it (different program).
