I hate adelphia cable

I have had nothing but problems with it since I have had it. I have outages at least 4-7 times a week. Most of the time they try to convince me it is my computer, which I know is bull since Girlfriday has the same exact problems. She had them with her new computer, and has them now with my other computer. I even reformatted my computer just to show them it wasn't on my end. I have had my card replaced, all my cable lines replace and my cable modem replaced. I had to call again today, and I am always very nice when I call, I don't blame the person answering the phone for my problems. They are so sick of Girlfriday and I calling them they are sending the plant manager down on Thurday to personally fix our problems.

Just wanted to let everyone know I hate them:|
 
They recently took over all cable access in my area...then the fliers for cable internet access came. About a week before I got it in the mail, I called about internet, and they told me it was available, I just had to call the local office to get it installed, upon calling them, they tell me its NOT available. Then, after the flier came, I called to get it installed, only to be told I couldn't get it here...

But it sounds more and more like I'm glad I couldn;t order it in the first place 😀
 
That's strange, do have another cable ISP in your area? Seems as though they are setup poorly. Service interrupts should only happen once in a blue moon.

Adelphia really sucks @ss. I always get a &quot;connection problem&quot; in CS at the most inconvenient time.
 
I have adelphia cable and I like it....Maybe it is because I live in WV???? (Prob not as many people using it) Anyways, sorry. Just keep complaining to them.

I feel your pain. I live in southern NH, and my Adelphia is constantly down. I call and bug them so often that I'm on a first name basis with the Lead tech in the local office. My last outage was 3 days over this past weekend. :|
 
Adelphia kept telling me that cable modems would be in my area soon (this was last dec.) And still no cable modems. Thats proubly why they have't got them here yet there service proubly sucks.
