Hey, you act like you're the only one with problems. I don't mean to minimalize it, because I know life sucks and I been through it. You just got to believe things will get better, because it will. Actually, you realizing that you are unhappy is the first stage. Trust me, just keep pushing through and don't pressure yourself. You have to think of this like you would like a bad cold or flu bug, and let your mind heal while you try to do things that will help you rehabilitate. I have been through shit like you would not believe - like going to bed each not waking up a nervous wreck like my life was in danger each day. Took me about 2 years to calm down.
