2 Delerium Tremens at 9% is going to be different than 2 Amstel Lights at 3.5%. The number of bottles is not the only factor.

That situation is less likely than there being a wet spot on the road that affects his braking, or him not seeing the van cause he was adjusting the radio, or a million other things that could make him crash just as easily.

I'm not advocating drunk driving, I just don't get the paranoia about driving when you have even a single drop of alcohol that's not affecting your driving ability in your system.

You'd have to have 1250 or fewer drops of blood in your body for 1 drop to put you over the legal limit. I'm jsut guessing, but 1250 drops is probably like... an ounce. You'd be dead from blood loss.

At this time of night, the more important question is, are you tired.

Being tired is more likely to affect your reflexes than a beer or two

Look into the buzz factor, not the number. If you are buzzing still, then do not drive. If you are not buzzed, but only drank two over a couple hours, then I'd say you're fine. Just smoke a bowl, and go. j/k
