As for "lawyering up", all I'll say is "don't get your hopes up"...
All I asked for was a full refund of my two passes, which they refused to do. So now I really need to think about how to proceed.
I did post a review on their Facebook page, though.
I seriously doubt it'd result in anything, but the most potentially effective thing would be to complain to whatever local "consumer affairs" agency has jurisdiction and/or the FL AG's office. The Facebook post will probably just get you more comments along the lines of the one in thread, and you're absolutely correct that there's virtually no chance their customer service people will even give a complaint like that a second glance, much less say anything to the security guard...I'll go as far as sharing on Facebook, leaving a bad review, and emailing their stupid customer service department, which will probably just end up in the trash.
