On saterday morning, after I finished eating breadfast. I started having huge chest pains all over, I could hardly move. The pain was coming from the inside. After about a 3-4 hours it went away. Anyone know what could of caused it?

Don't worry to much about them I get chest pains all the time and I,m only 22.
I usaully get when I'm wasting to much energy...Like trying to breathe or something similar.😀

It was a possible myocardial infarction. I'd venture your in the short line for a dirt nap. Relax, go with the flow and follow that bright, white light we always hear about. Stay in touch..............

my sister was talking about mycardio infarctions... the first time she said it, i did a double glance... in farc tion?

aka heart attack right?

in another unrelated note of health and medical mystery... a friend of mine, after eating a half dozen donuts, went to the bathroom, at which point, he said it felt like his kidneys imploded as he took a whiz, and collapsed literrally to the floor in pain. He's 19...
never happened before, hasnt happened since... he has NO CLUE what caused it.

Hey I had a Mate who goes by the name of Heavy "D"(guess why the call him that)and he had a Heart attack while stuffing his face with a jelly donut, we all thought he was choking, but he wasn't. he was only 26

jsbush you should really see a doctor. They can tell if you've had a heart attack. If you get that kind of pain, non-relenting 3-4 hours long (left side?) I would go to the ER. My mom had a heart attack for most of the day once a few years ago, some pain, loss of energy etc. and finally went to the hospital. You can prevent some damage by going in sooner than later.

Was the pain made worse when you took a deep breath or moved your arms?

If not you still need to go to ER & have EKG & cardiac enzymes done...

Your age, physical condition & genetic predisposition can all be risk factors.

Could be as simple as a hiatal hernia, as complicated as a heart attack, no way to tell without ekg & labwork, they can still tell if you had a heart attack a couple days ago too...

True. The sooner you go in, the better off you'll be. I'd recommend taking a visit to your doc to get yourself checked out.

Yes it did.

After time the pain went down and ended up being just under the arch in the rib cage. The pain was never only to the left side, it was more all over and then it ended up going away in the center.

Gall Bladder.

You are probably one of those dieters that decided oils and fats are bad for you. Unfortunately they are very necessary to prevent a whole chain reaction of problems in your guts.

Let me guess, you get funny colors in your turds, have regular constipation, greasy foods cause indigestion, and you get diahrea alot. The pain begins in your left side because of stimualtion in the nerve plexus that connects your internal organs. The pain normally subsides upwards into the top of your sternum or to the middle of your sternum. The discolored turds is the lack of bile in your digestive tract. (Bile is required to digest fats.) The bile isn't coming out because your gall bladder is stuffed full of clay globules called "gallstones". The lack of bile often causes your large intestine discomfort because the food is only partially digested when it gets to that point. The constipation is because your food is too dry. The diahrea is because you get constipated. Constipation actually makes bacteria grow out of control in your gut causing further health problems. Oh, what a dreadful cycle.

Instant relief is to take down a cup of light oil and a couple of teaspoons of epson salts. It tastes horrible, but works. You'll poop your guts out for two hours but the pain goes away instantly. Introduce oils back into your diet and it helps alot, too. Been there, done that. 🙁 Ever since I put oil back in the diet its never been a problem since.

Second the possibility of cholesystitis (gall bladder), second what MadRat said & be sure to drink enough water, 5 glasses/day.

Rule of thumb is "Fair, Fat & 40" ie: fair colored skin predisposes to cholecyctitis for some reason, obesity, & 40 years of age (you'll have had time to build up some sludge in your gallbladder).

If it keeps coming back, your physician will order an ultrasound/CT scan to diagnose it for sure...
