Get a new tie, and a haircut. I'm not big on gray suits either.

I'm choosing a black suit and white shirt instead and a new tie.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

9th grade graduation? wtf?

No. When I replied to the guy who guessed 9th, I meant graduating 8th (jr. high) and going into 9th (freshman, high school)

Still, wtf? It seems pretty pointless.

9th grade graduation? when i was living in oklahoma, the only graduation we would ever get was after 12th grade...

but when i moved to illinois right after 7th grade (4 years ago), i "graduated" from 8th grade. it was really stupid, yet most of my friends were making a big deal out of it. and they were the "nerdy asians" too. i have no idea...

pointless i tell you. pointless.

yet, congrats for leaving middle school (if 9th grade is counted as middle school in your area)! you'll now be able to meet smokin' hot girls, drink on the weekends (i never did, ill only do that in college), and whatever else.

I had this too and yes, it was pretty pointless. All we did was wait in line for are "diplomas" that said we passed elementary school and we're "qualified" to go into Secondary school.

How old are you? That might give me an idea what grade I'm in.. Our grade system works different.. I'm in 4th grade, but that can't be right.. 😕

I think you look sharp.
Kinda funny- I'm about to graduate from college (not even sure if I'm going to walk- huge school) and I've never in my life worn a suit/tux.
I need to go to more formal events I guess.

Yeah I'm not big on gray suits either - but not bad. Possibly a different tie but I think it's not a big deal.

Nice suit, I don't remember suits being required (nor anyone wearing any) during my jr. high graduation but have fun.
