as some of you may know, I'm in Poland on vacation staying at my uncle's house. i gotta cousin around my age (he's almost 18, i'm 19) and knows some hot spots around here to have fun.

Now lemme tell you... we went to a club last night called Manhattan. it was ree-freakin-diculous. and we went to a club on Wednesday night i think it was in the same area, just as good. there were so many fine girls i couldn't contain myself. Clubbing here is a thousand times better than clubbing in America, cause first off, it's cheap as hell. prolly costs $15 total to get in, get some smokes, and buy enough beer to get plastered. second, these clubs are jam packed with gorgeous, classy, beautiful, (insert every other complimentary adjective here) women. and no fat girls, no sluts, and prolly a 60/40 ratio of girls to guys. it's an absolut blast and i recommend everyone visit an eastern European country to get your groove on haha.

but sadly i haven't gotten any action yet cause i'm still adjusting from American clubs. in american clubs the dancing style is all raunchy, and here it's pretty classy. you gotta ask girls to dance (kinda hard with the loud music), you can't just move up on them or grab em from behind or whatever. but next time i'll get it right. anyone got some tips on proper european club ediquitte?

Don't ask them to dance. Don't dance up to them from behind. Just go dance straight at them. Just approach them and just dance then just ask her name. Then ask if shes here with anyone? Chances are she will be here with a few girls. Then just talk about anything.

Not sure how that is going to work if they don't English though.......but if they do then its set. Just keep talking and dancing. If one of them is eyeing you then its set man. Work towards her 😀

$15 to get in is cheap?! I agree Europe has hotter chicks than America. The top of each country are going to be comporable, but the general populous in Europe (at least in places like Switzerland, though in England this does NOT apply) is more attractive than north america.

werd , girls in england aren't too great. I live here aswell, we have all the worse rates of pregnency, smoking, smelliest houses, etc, maybe cause we're not on the mainland 😛

Smelliest houses LOL. The problem with england is that although the obesity rate is lower than America you get about 5 hours real sun a year so everybody is pastey. And kids grow up revolving their lives around candy and then you've got about a gym per million people 🙂 No offense intended (I was born there!).

I won't mention the teeth because award for the world's crappiest dentistry goes to Japan. They have 4 licensed dentists in Japan for the entire country.

this dancing from straight up thing might fly, but i've been told over many times you gotta ask them. So i guess if i mix both together it'll work fine.

working out is going alright. i hit up the polish gym yesterday... it was no Bally's but it had all the necessary equiptment. the owner of the gym is a friend of my uncles and he builds all of the equiptment himself, which i thought was amazing. It was a bitch though, cause it was like a week since i last hit the gym. But my usual routine is to do a 1000 jump ropes each morning, try to do a lot of bike riding around the country-side, and pull ups throughout the day. i know I'm going to lose a lot of upper body strenght up front in my chest and in my arms if I dont hit the gym, but i got legs and back covered!

but I am having a problem with diet. I realized yesterday that keilbasa has a huge amount of fat in it. I was thinking of changing my diet to equal 50-50 protien/carbs and just keeping the portions small, but i dont think i'll be able to handle that. im just trying to keep it all protien and fat, but i kinda messed up by not bringing any protien powder with me.
 
When I was in Poland, even as an 8 year old kid, I was stunned at the number of gorgeous chicks there.

I've been all over Europe and I think Poland has the most gorgeous chicks per (choose any denominator) of any country.

the thrill of the chase? they're classy girls, and you can definately get them in bed, you just have to be able to run some game. and flaunting that you're American every once in a while doesn't hurt either. (hell, we were at this party last night before the club and my little 14 year old brother had about 4 girls all over him the whole night asking random crap about America)

England has plenty of good looking girls. Lots of variety from different countries.......

yobarman glad you can do some working out. You are there to have fun not to train hardcore!

Pull ups are great. Just as good as doing bi cep curls in my opinion and works other secondary muscles also.

Doesn't matter so much what you are eating, just eat lots of everything. You roughly know whats good and whats not. People make too big a deal out of it. Unless you are seriously cutting weight or want to get cut then it doesn't matter too much in my opinon........

I'm doing pullups solely for the back, but i havent been able to do them lately cause i lost all my power in my arms from working out 2 days ago haha.

and yeah, i am trying to get cut so i have to watch what i eat. my aunt owns a small shop that sells rotersie (sp) chickens, they're so good and 100% protien... i can't eat keilbasa anymore cause i realized it's got more fat than protien, which doesnt pay off in the end.

yeah most clubs is a 10 dollar cover, smokes are 5 bucks, drinks are like 4 bucks each, so by the end of the night you've paid around $40-50 for a decent night out. here it comes out to like $15 total, its awesome

Pull ups work mainly upper back.

Here try this for the lower back.

Lay on the floor face facing the floor and body on the floor. Have your legs together. Have yoru arms together in front of you. Now lift your legs and upper body up. So you *kind of dish* backwards in to a *type of bowl* type of position. I GURANTEE that hits your lower back. Good stuff. Hit it 20 times and rest for a 30 seconds and repeat for 3 sets. Use to do that with a whole set of abb stuff. Came to about 90 crunches/sit ups or so in a set. Repeat for 3 sets.

That sounds awesome.

Me and my buddies found a cool new place the other night. $2 beers and a 60/40 girl/guy ratio, but not as many hotties as there would be in europe of course. This is north america and everyone is fat.
