I got the spot out...now whaat?

I spilled some of my protein shake on my carpet before it was even mixed, I toweled all I could up and then went to bed, the next day I vacummed it up, but where it had mixed w/ water it was still all sticky and sh!t. I just cleaned it with some soap and a lot of work and it looks much better, but how do I get all of the soap out!

Use more water to blot out the spot.

Looks good now, it's just a bit lighter than everything around it... a large spot. No big deal, not like I want to clean the carpet now. Thanks.
