my wife and her friend got their bellies pierced last week. i was in the room when it was done and both of them said they didnt feel a thing.

now my wifes friend got her nipples done and i got great pics of her face as the needle went through her nipples. heheheh

I didn't get my tats for any statement other than the fact that I like them and wanted one for years. Two of mine have very special meanings for me. The cherry one is simply because I love cherries and traditional tattoos and I think it's the bestestest. lol I know tats (or piercings) aren't for everyone. 🙂

I have three tats. The first one I got was for my cousin. She's 14 and my mom and I helped to practically raise her. Her name is Jennifer Rosario and I have a rose with her name across the stem on my left ankle. My second one is the one in this thread. My third one (I'm going to get it reworked though.) is on my lower back. That's the one that hurt because I have chronic pain and a lot/most of it is centered in my back. The tat has meaning for me and unfortunately didn't turn out like I wanted it to. It's a flower with a cocoon at the bottom and a butterfly at the top. I'll look for pics a little later and post them. (I might actually get my cousin's name reworked on the other as well. . .we'll see.) Right now I'm getting ready for a lunch date. :Q
 
Okay. . . .

Here's my First tattoo. Like I said, it's for my cousin that we watched a lot when she was young. Well, she's still young at 14, but you know what I mean. I don't really like how the "Jennifer" looks, so I might try to get that reworked a little.

This one was my third and last tattoo and the one that hurt. Most of my chronic pain is in my back, so I think that's why this one hurt where the others didn't really hurt at all. I really wasn't happy with how this one came out. It was supposed to have a lot of meaning for me. (Long story behind it.) I think most of it was my fault for not planning it out more in advance. I'm going to have my tattoo guy out here see what he can do with it. He's pretty good. This time I won't get anything done to it until I know it's exactly how I want it. (The steamy turd looking thing at the bottom is supposed to be a cocoon. :confused😉
