yeah, its a question of honesty here. i mean, someone fvcked up, so you gotta remember, if you keep that extra one, some other person at the company is getting the sh!t end of the stick and is either accused of stealing, or possibly being incompetent (which may or may not be the case, ppl make mistakes). personally i'd return it, not that it would be easy, i mean hey, free sh!t.

i got a double order from a company they had no idea they did it. i told them i will return the items and they said "thanks for the honesty, it has been busy around here, and we will look out for your next purchase to make sure you are happy" id give it back.. cuz if they ever do find out they can bill you.

Giving that it's wrong to keep the items, most companies will expect you to pay for their mistake and have you ship the items back w/o any cost to them. Save you and them time and money to leave it alone. They generally have a percentage of errors calculated in their annual accounting for these things.
