high GPA @ college.. lots extra circulars.. flying experience.. private pilot license.. stellar recommendations.. good vision and overall health.. high AFOTQ test scores.. the whole person concept.
It's easier to get in with ROTC. You just have to have a good recommendation from your commander.

can you do ROTC while you are enlisted? That would be easier than OCS... i assume you are going navy/army?
