I got screwed on msn deal

I ordered a dell pc during the MSN promo (20%) I originally ordered pc without monitor. Then later I changed the order and had to cancel original order. Anyway, they short changed me $100.00 or so. Anyone know where I can go to dispute this. I tried emailing the original address but I never receive a response.

I am alos having a problem with my rebate. I ordered a laptop and got an email confirmation (2 actually) now Dell is trying to tell me I didn't qualify. They are looking it over now and I still hope to get it, but I no longer have the confirming Emails because I had a hard disk die and didn't have my email backed up.

2 things. I emailed to Dell tech support and it took a while but have started a dialog. 2nd could someone tell me the Email address the confirmations came from. Dell is requesting that info from me and I don't have it.

I am guessing this thread will get locked but if someone could email me the address I would appreciate it. Thanks

Wrong forum, bring this to off topic or brag and moan.

No one cares about you being screwed. Not a hot enough deal to start a whole new thread.

Woah, if a lot of people are affected, I care, for one. This does not belong in hot deals, but please don't be hostile to someone thats been screwed by a company like this.

I'd like to see the rule enuncuiated by the mods.
Something like:

You can post OT in the deals forum IF:

1. You beg the mods to allow it (please, pretty please allow this)
2. A charity is involved
3. You got screwed trying to screw someone else (my favorite)
4. You are clueless
5. You think you are so damned important that YOUR problem warrants a breach of the rules
6. At least one other person is affected by your misfortune
7. There is no other forum that people visit and they NEVER read the brag and moan threads

and on...and on...

This may seem like an unrealistic approach, but have you considered contacting Dell support? They have an 800 number.

I hate MIR or any rebate. Got screwed too many times.
Good luck to all you who got in on this "deal" and may all stupid people chill out or die.

I agree with greg on OT.
