bikes aren't allowed to be on the sidewalks.

and neither bikes nor cars has the right to run over a pedestrian, bunker.
If some guys leaps off the curb into traffic and you can't help but hit him it's not your fault. Happens all the time here in town.

Now, if the pedestrian is in a crosswalk it's another story.

Yeah...it's fun to see the look of horror in their face as I gun the engine!

I've been known to key the sh*t out of cars who blow through crosswalks. Really pisses me off when some fscktard can't be bothered to stop for 5 seconds (as required by state law) to let a family cross the damn street. :|

Don't blame ya (I was referring to pedestrians in the crosshairs...er...crosswalk, though) 😉

I don't know how many times I've been honked at as I slow down behind a cyclist as I can't see to cross the double-yellow to pass him. People need to learn patience.
Gee....really? 😛

I hate it when I back a few cars up behind me when the lanes are narrow or something. You can rest assured that the first car will pass you carefully, but a few of the others (who are pissed because the first one slowed) will buzz your elbow to show you how superior they are.

I cannot for the life of me understand why people go ballistic at being slowed by a bike for maybe 5-10 seconds yet sit like complacent little sheep in gridlock for hours.

The Matrix uses that time to upload new commands into the masses.

Hehe....right. 😛

I've pointed out to people on occasion that 99.999% of the time their forward progress is impeded....it's thanks to other cars, not bikes. If you want to get pissed, get pissed at the fscktards who are too lazy to do anything but drive everywhere.

I think it's really just the spandex that makes people mad. 😉

i don't see what that has to do with whether you have a right to run over pedestrians or not.
It's not about having a "right" to nail them. I certainly don't speed up and try to hit them just because they're out of the crosswalk. I'm just saying that if you inadvertently hit someone who's jaywalking, you are not legally at fault in most cases.

Only if there was no time for you to stop or otherwise avoid collision.

Now, back to my original topic... I WAS ON THE SIDEWALK!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha. And i just notice a bit of blood between two toes.
