I got ripped off by UBID.COM!!! What are my rights?

Help! I recently bid on a "manufacture refurbished" sony clie peg-nr70v. The package came from UPS Friday...
Everything was in the box except the clie handheld itself!!! The box was an official "sony manufacture refurbished" box with a sony sticker
taped over the opening to prevent tampering. I received the box with the tape cut, I guess someone, unauthorized, opened it before I did. Anyways, I've contacted ubid.com (by email, they did not give me a number so I can talk to a real live person) and they said they'd get back to me by august 8th! My credit card has already been charged the full amount, $459.00. How can I prove that the package came with no handheld unit and what are my rights? Please help with any legal info. it would be greatly appreciated.:disgust:

Call your credit card company immediately and tell them you want to dispute the charge. Dont wait on ubid to contact you.
