I would like to see the video/website they use... (Obviously not using your login of couse) can you capture the video and show? Or at least the website front they give you to go to?

Well you can get a reflective clear paint from lowes/home depot now for around $6. Get that and spary it on then use a prizm cover plate. The spary alone will not work on systems that are digital as they just do a negative image of the picture and the numbers show up. But the spray with the plate that has the prizm angle to it will be the best bet.

what if you do it multiple times throughout the month before you find out you've been being recorded? do you have to pay the $350 x (number of violations) ?

Cause that would really, really suck

I don't think points can be given due to the fact that there is no proof that it was YOU driving. Just pay the fine and be on your way.

by paying the fine you are admitting it was you. They often stipulate than if it isnt you tell them who it is and they will ticket them.

North Carolina Appeals Court Rules Against Red Light Cameras.

I know the guy (Shavitz) that sued when he received a ticket, saying it violated his right to a fair trial.

According to the ruling, the counties must pay 90% of all proceeds collected to the public school systems. At present, $35 of every $50 fine went to the operator's of the cameras (Peek Traffic Inc). The ruling is being appealed (of course) but may have an impact nationwide if it is upheld. 🙂
