I got my duals!

Ok, I got it to work and it's great! One problem though, now on my primary monitor I have a line that continues to go up and down the screen constantly. It also does it on the second one but not as bad. Anybody else have this problem or know why it's acting up?

Sorry,I never had that problem with my old dual set-up. We had a 20" primary and 19" secondary in the bedroom, where my wife and I could watch television on the primary and surf the net on the secondary.

A line moving across the screen sounds like a sync/scan problem though.

Heres a bump for the cavalry call.

Your monitors are getting interference with each other. I'm not saying maybe. I'm saying they ARE. You need to put them farther apart, or try changing refresh rates as much as you can stand on one of the monitors. The farther apart the refresh rates are, the less problem.

Probably not the res., but the refresh. Very doubtful that changing the res. and keeping refresh the same would have any effect.

I just tilted my 2nd monitor to be at about a 30* angle to the main one...so I have a sort of rounded display if that makes any sense. It also fixed the problem of my main monitor being all red on the one side.
