Mine came with TWO removable 3.5" drive cages. Every picture and review of this thing only had one. It's kinda like the 1030 which has two of them. This really kicks ass! Anyone else recently get one like this?
 
R0b0tN1k, I got my Antec SX830 about a week ago and i got the same bonus you did. I got mine from onvia us.
 
Order mine from onvia canada to hopefully I'll get the bonus hehe!

I also didn't get an email confirmation. My CC did get charged though.

BTW where do you live and how long did it take to get? I'm in Quebec, don't know how long they said it was shipped the 7th.
 
Is the second cage just rivetted in like the first one? I've been thinking about ordering a second drive cage to add to my system but I'd have to bolt mine in. But then again, I don't need 3 more hard drive bays. Yet.
 
I just got mine from onvia, the second drive bay is in there just like the first, base is riveted in. Kind of wish it didn't, I may pull it out.
 
Well after inspecting the case a bit, it seems like they are now using the same chassis for the 830 and 1030 with only a change in the faceplates and drive positioning. It must be easier for them to just crank out one style and just use different faces, etc. I thought I'd be making a sacrifice by choosing this over the 1030...I guess not. It's nice to have a sturdy case for once, and the door latch is even cooler than my Dell's. Still, it isn't as solid as the cases you would get back in the 286/386 days...those things were built like tanks!

jbush: I'm in Hamilton Ontario (just check my profile) The packing slip says it was shipped on the 8th, and it was shipped out of Vancouver by Purolator ground.
 
For those of you who ordered from Onvia, what was the wait time between when you ordered and when you actually got the case. I keep checking back to my SX830 order, but it still says "In process" no tracking number available.
 
Well I got it yesterday my case. It says it was shipped the 7th.

I ordered it Monday the 4th and I check friday the 8th and it said it was shipped the
7th.

I don`t know if I got the bonus though I have to go get it a purlater. They came while I was at work.
 
Mine says shipped on the 14 Dec. all the way from TX to VA.
Don't know when I'll be getting this case, but I got the time as I don't think the K7T Turbo is coming out anytime soon.....
 
I was told by several local reps that the K7T Turbo should be released around the third week in January. This seems likey with both the Abit raid and nonraid appearing this week and also the Epox. Just wait a little longer.... But did you know that Abit has changed the layout around the socket a little bit so that heat sinks are a little easier to install?
