Now that I have your attention...🙂

Went out for a short ride on this nice sunny warm day in the Boston area. In less than an hour...

1) Got cut off by 2 cars and 1 truck
2) Some guy on a Buell wanted to race...
3) Some dip in a WRX wanted to race...
and
4) Some jerk on a Ducati had a bad attitude.

So..
1) I did NOT bend, fold or mutilate any from 1) of the above
2) Just rode next to the Buell, but didn't try to whoop him. He got the point and it was fun for both of us I think
3) I DID laugh at the WRX driver, and suggested another time
4) Tried to ignore the azz on the duc. Just wouldnt go away though. So I got Aku ready ( the nickname I just made up for my Busa) and went. The po' fool hadn't a chance. I got off the next exit and went home

Why me? 😛😛😛

A guy in a WRX wanted to race you? He obviously knows jack about bikes as nearly any bike could spank a WRX and a 'Busa doubly so.

0-60: WRX@6seconds...Busa@3seconds (or less if you can keep the front wheel down😉)
1/4 mile: WRX@13sec (IIRC)...Busa@9 seconds.

Not much of a contest there.....what a goob.

Reminds me of the time a guy in a Camaro thought he was gonna smoke me on my Triumph.....until I shifted into second anyway...😀

Ye of little faith... but I do like to have some fun, Now if someone can tell me where I can get xp drivers for a umax 1220p scanner (No not at the umax site...) then you would have pics. If there is another way, I would be glad for that also

oh yeah, that reminds me of the time when i was driving my 87 Chevy Celebrity and this guy in a beat up old early 80's ford pick up kept reving up beside me. psha....i smoked him. 😀

heh...we've all been there. My Tyte Ryde in high school was a late-70's edition Buick station wagon. God only knows how I ever got laid driving that rolling barge.😉

I hope you prove me wrong. On a side note, the constant car bashes are getting irritating. Sure your bike is faster - on dry pavement, but they are 2 entirely different vehicles. Put a bit of snow, rain, sleet, or just about anything hazardous on the road and the WRX would leave you so far in the dust you'd be forced to bite it (-Talib Kweli).

Hmmm... interesting idea though. Have any companies toyed with the idea of making a bike with AWD (well, 2-wheel drive)? It would add quite a bit of weight, but you'd be able to put some ungodly amounts of horsepower to the ground.

BMW has had it for awhile, and I think the bigger Hondas have it too. It's supposed to kind of suck for sport bikes, excellent for the bigger tourers though
