I got into a confrontation last night.

Well it was mostly me yelling. The last few nights a couple of turds in a red vehicle have been driving by our apartment and honking their horn and yelling profanities at the people above us to get them to come down.

Last night they came by three times and the third time I went outside looking like a big hick, it was 11:40 and I just threw on some pants and went outside with a baseball bat just in case, and started yelling at them. Their friends were coming down the stairs to get into their car. One asked me, "What's the problem?" I stated that it was 12 okay at night and his friends have came by three times honking and yelling profanities. He then rebuted, "They are just trying to get us to come down. They don't have a cellphone." I got pissed and told them to use the 'damn' stairs and went back inside.

They are foreign exchange students so I don't think they know they are binging rude, but maybe so. They also start playing Indian music after 12 on weekdays forcing me to bang on the ceiling.

No, I left for home today and I figured I would call if they were still doing it in a month when I got back to my apartment. I just wanted to let them know that what they were doing isn't appreciated.
 
Yesterday at 5:30 a.m. I was awakened by some fcktard blaring his horn on and off constantly for like three minutes. I presume he/she was too lazy to take their precious ass out of their vehicle and ring the doorbell of the person they were probably there to pick up. I am not a morning person in any way shape or form but I honestly wanted to throw some clothes on really quickly and find who this retard was and rip them a new ass.

Say it shatters their windshield and clocks one of them in the head. What will that prove? If one of them dies from the injury, you're in a whole lot of trouble. I say just call the cops and let them deal with it.

We have that problem with our neighbors across the street. They honk their horn at all hours of the night and morning rather than getting out of the car to knock on the door.

They don't speak English, so talking to them is pointless.

We are on the 4th floor and that happens all the time, 4:30AM picking someone up to go to work I guess. I'm on the verge of getting a paintball gun and doing some sniper work.
 
Heh.. I have some foreign students living downstairs. I don't care but my sister is tired of the music, loud door slamming, and them just chilling outside their apartment. Don't even get me started on the "wonderful" smell of cooking.
