99% of the time it's not food poisoning when you think it is. Apparently food poisoning takes 48 hrs to set in. It sounds like a stomach virus (streptylocci or something I think they're called, but that could be totally wrong). I had that a few times and it sounds like what you have. Feel like crap, puke, feel great. Few minutes later start feeling worse, then like crap, puke, feel great. You go like that until you're heaving bile, so you drink water, then that comes up too. You've probably got another 12 hrs ahead of you. Enjoy. 🙂

Seriously, the only thing you can do is man it out or die of a vaginal infection.
