I only got a pair of 15lb dumbells, anybody got any idea on what type of workout I can do to build up my wrist, forarm(sp), and biceps.

Why would you want to build up the muscles in your wrist?

Edit-Wow, check out the wrist muscles on that dude!

There are more enjoyable ways to do that than using dumbells.

Well, you could just do some compound exercises and work a lot more of your body at once as opposed to wasting time on direct forearm work.

But, if 15 pound db's are all you have to work with then you might just be stuck with doing wrist curls and such. You could always do push ups too if you aren't already and also consider doing chair dips.

I like to throw dumbbells up in the air, then catchw them. Do flips with them.

Seriously. Who knows what muscle it builds, but it's great motivation wanting not to drop one on your foot.
