I got a TNT2 M64 32 meg PCI video card missing the heatsink...

My first question is what adhesive/glue can I use to reattach it?? No. 2 - Could I just leave it off especially since the PC will only be used for web surfing and office work?? That is, no games...

Yeah, you can probbly just leave it off and forget about it. I used to have a M64 and those things had this LGH (lil green heatsink) that you found on BX chipsets and were horrible and didn't do anything. Running it without was just fun. So u should be fine w/o it. At any rate, try it out and if you find it locking up on you, then put it back on. If that doesnt' help.. thatn it's not the vid card.

MX and MX200 cards can survive without any kind of Heatsink so the M64 will easily be cool enough.
